What is your return policy?
We accept returns on all full-priced items within 21 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and jewelry cannot be returned unless faulty.
How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders are typically delivered within 2-5 business days via express courier. International shipping times vary by location but generally arrive within 5-10 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your specific destination.
How do I care for my linen garments?
To maintain the quality of our signature linen, we recommend a cold hand wash or a gentle machine wash in a laundry bag. Always air dry in the shade and avoid tumble drying to prevent shrinkage.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make a change, please contact our customer care team immediately. Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we are unable to cancel or redirect it.
